Weather Policy

Our pickup service operates rain or shine!  

Please label each item with the name of the benefitting charity and place your donation by the curb or in a place that is highly visible to our drivers from the street.  Also. be sure to protect your donation by securely packaging items and/or placing them in plastic bags.

Should severe weather conditions occur that could impact our ability to safely send out trucks, please check this page for a list of any route cancellations.  If so, we also will include imstructions on how to conveniently reschedule your donation pickup.
