Missed Pickup?
If your donation pickup was missed, we sincerely apologize. Please follow the steps below so your donation information can be collected. We review all missed pickup reports and use it to improve our level of service.
Cancelling a Donation?
If you have scheduled a donation pickup and need to cancel it, please follow these steps:
Tax Receipt?
If you made a donation but did not receive a tax receipt or perhaps lost your tax receipt, then please follow these steps:
- If you made a donation to the VVA and did not receive a tax receipt, please click here.
- If you made a donation to the MOPH and did not receive a tax receipt, please click here.
